1. Definitions:

1.1. "License" refers to the rights granted to the User to use the Plugin under the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. "Plugin" refers to the software being provided by SuperDeluxe (a non-legal entity that will be used to express the works of Seth Cottle and Ty McIntyre, such as their plugin LottieToGIF) for use in conjunction with Figma's platform.

1.3. "User" refers to the person or entity that has purchased the License.

2. License:

2.1. SuperDeluxe hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Plugin. This License is bound to the account used for purchase and cannot be transferred or shared with other accounts. For example, if you purchase LottieToGIF on your personal Figma account, you would need to purchase a new license your work Figma account to use the Plugin across both accounts.

3. Payment:

3.1. The User will pay a one-time fee for the License, after which the User may use the Plugin indefinitely.

4. Updates and Maintenance:

4.1. SuperDeluxe will provide updates and maintenance for the Plugin for as long as it is feasible to do so. However, an actual lifetime guarantee of updates cannot be guaranteed.

4.2. SuperDeluxe is not responsible for issues arising from changes to Figma's platform or APIs that may affect the functioning of the Plugin.

5. Termination:

5.1. SuperDeluxe reserves the right to cease updates and maintenance, or to terminate the License altogether, in the event of the project no longer being sustainable or in the event changes to the Figma platform break the functionality of the Plugin.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. In no event shall SuperDeluxe be liable for any damages or loss of data resulting from use of the Plugin or changes to Figma's platform (or APIs) that breaks Plugin functionality.

7. Agreement:

7.1 Users may not resell, redistribute, or copy the plugin.

7.2. By purchasing the License, the User agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement, the Figma Community Paid Resource License agreement, and the Figma Community Copyright and Licensing agreement.
