1. Responsibility for Refunds:

1.1. Refunds for the Plugin are managed and processed by Figma, not SuperDeluxe (a non-legal entity that will be used to express the works of Seth Cottle and Ty McIntyre, such as their plugin LottieToGIF).

2. Automatic Refunds:

2.1. Customers may request an automatic refund within 24 hours of the purchase of the Plugin, managed by Figma. The amount refunded will be charged back to SuperDeluxe.

3. Discretionary Refunds:

3.1. Any refund requests made after 24 hours from the time of purchase will be subject to Figma's discretion.

4. Agreement:

4.1. By purchasing the Plugin, the User acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
